Let’s talk about Franco’s treatment!🌟 He came to

✨Transformation Tuesday✨ Our patient JV came to us

✨Transformation Tuesday✨
Our patient JV came to us with:
🔹Overbite 70% deep
🔹Single tooth cross-bite on upper right lateral incisor
🔹Posterior crossbite on right side

JV’s treatment started with a Rapid Palatal Expander (RPE) and braces on the upper four front teeth, to correct the crossbite in the back as well as bring the lateral incisor in alignment. When this first phase was finished, we gave him a retainer with a bite plane to start correcting his overbite as he is still growing, and monitored his growth untill he was ready for Phase II.

In the second phase, he still had a deep overbite so we started with a D2 appliance to get a head- start on correcting it before bonding Pitts 21 brackets. The entire second phase was completed in 24 months, and we achieved this awesome result!
